Summary of purpose and/or changes:
LB 91 amends section 70-650.01 to harmonize with the provisions of section 70-650 to allow any city or village that
previously sold an electric distribution system to a public power district or public power and irrigation district to require
the district that previously purchased the system to convey the system back to the city or village if requested and to
do so for a fair and reasonable sum.
