The following constitutes the reasons for this bill and the purposes which are sought to be
accomplished thereby:
The passing of LR17 by the full Legislature approves the indication of intent by the Games
and Parks Commission to incorporate Camp Augustine, which is currently owned by the city
of Grand Island, into the state park system.
