The following constitutes the reasons for this bill and the purposes which are sought to be
accomplished thereby:
LR 24CA would place the issue of a winner-take-all electoral vote on the ballot for the
citizens of Nebraska to decide in the 2026 general election. If successful, all electoral votes
would go to the winner of the statewide presidential election.
