Summary of purpose and/or changes:
This proposed constitutional amendment would provide that all of Nebraska’s presidential electors be designated to
represent the presidential and vice presidential candidates who receive the greatest number of votes in the statewide
general election.
If approved by the Legislature, this proposed amendment would be presented to Nebraska voters on the 2026
