Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened: 1 New Paragraph; Cost of Care Fund; Use for Livestock. Amend RSA 437-B:1 by inserting after paragraph III the following new paragraph: III-a. Applications for reimbursement for the care of livestock shall demonstrate to the commissioner that the livestock were seized lawfully and following consultation with individuals with experience and professional knowledge in the care of the livestock seized. 2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
