STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Five
AN ACTrelative to initial license requirements for licensed social work associates.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. The following are repealed:
I. RSA 330-A:18-c, I(a)(5), relative to examination requirement for initial licensure for licensed social work associates.
II. RSA 330-A:18-c, I(b)(5), relative to examination requirement for initial licensure for licensed social work associates.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
