Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened: 1 Public Meetings; Collective Bargaining Negotiations. Amend RSA 91-A:2, I(a) to read as follows: (a) Strategy [or negotiations] with respect to collective bargaining where only one negotiating party is present; 2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
