AN ACTexpanding hours for keno gaming on weekends.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Operation of Keno Games.  Amend RSA 284:47, I to read as follows:

I. A licensee may operate keno games at its business during weekdays between the hours of 11 a.m. and 1 a.m., and on Saturdays and Sundays between the hours of 8 a.m. and 1 a.m. 

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2025.

METHODOLOGY:

This bill extends the hours for Keno games from 11:00am to 1:00am, seven days a week, to 11:00am to 1:00am on weekdays and 8:00am to 1:00am on weekends. The Lottery Commission has provided the following assumptions relative to this bill:
