Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened: 1 New Section; Installation and Maintenance of Mile Markers. Amend RSA 21 by inserting after section L:2 the following new section: 21-L:2-a Installation and Maintenance of Mile Markers. The department of transportation shall install mile markers along the entire length of Route 112, also known as the Kancamagus Highway, from Lincoln to Conway. The mile markers shall be installed at intervals of one mile and shall be clearly visible and legible to motorists and emergency personnel. The department of transportation shall maintain the mile markers installed pursuant to this section, ensuring they remain in good condition and are replaced or repaired as necessary to maintain visibility and legibility. 2 Effective Date.
