Resolving to return to the historical intent of the express trust indenture, the New Hampshire Constitution, specifically Part 1, Article 11 and Part 2, Article 32.
Relative to limiting the authority of New Hampshire delegates to policymaking conventions.
Relating to recall elections. Providing that the general court may authorize recall elections.
To remove the duties of county delegations and delegate them to county commissioners.
Relative to constitutional convention procedures for delegates.
The general court. Providing that the general court convene on the same day as the governor's inauguration.
Relating to a constitutional right to birth control. Providing that the constitution protects the right to access birth control.
Relating to the oath of civil officers. Providing that the default oath of office shall be a non-religious oath.
Relating to taxation. Providing that a 2/3 vote is required to pass legislation imposing new or increased taxes or license fees, or to authorize the issuance of state bonds and providing that the general court shall appropriate funds for payment of interest and installments of principle of all state bonds.
Relating to the governor. Providing that there be a lieutenant governor who shall assume the duties of the governor if the governor is incapacitated.
