Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened: 1 Qualifications; Cosmetologists. Amend RSA 313-A:11, I(c)(1) to read as follows: (1) A minimum of [1,500] 1,200 hours of training in a school of cosmetology approved by the board; or 2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
