Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened: 1 New Paragraph; Towns, Cities, Village Districts, and Unincorporated Places; Powers. Amend RSA 53:1 by inserting after paragraph II the following new paragraph: III. An unorganized town or unincorporated place with a voter checklist of 100 or more voters shall elect officers for the purposes of conducting local, county, state and federal elections consistent with the provisions of this chapter. 2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
