Establishes public awareness campaign concerning programs and services for first responders, healthcare workers, other frontline workers, and their families experiencing mental health issues related to COVID-19 pandemic.
Requires DHS to provide psychiatric service dogs to first responders, health care workers, and other frontline workers suffering from post-traumatic stress disorders due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Increases amount of cigarette and other tobacco product tax revenues provided to New Jersey Commission on Cancer Research from $1 million to $4 million; establishes dedicated, non-lapsing Cancer Research Fund.
Provides for student recipients of educational opportunity funds to be exempt from 20 hour weekly work requirement ordinarily required for student SNAP participation.
