Prohibits use of paper receipts containing bisphenol-A or bisphenol-S; provides for phased-in prohibition on use of all paper receipts; authorizes continued use of electronic receipts.

Prohibits sale and use of gas-powered lawn equipment in NJ; provides CBT and gross income tax credits for purchase of certain zero-emission lawn equipment.
Requires automatic registration with New Jersey Immunization Information System upon administration of vaccine for certain persons who consent to registration.
