STATEMENT TO
ASSEMBLY, No. 4569
with Assembly Floor Amendments

These floor amendments would require, within 60 days after the
effective date, the Department of Agriculture to submit, pursuant to
section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1), a report to the Legislature
that provides the average income of preserved farms and the average
income of non-preserved farms in the State in calendar years 2022 and
2023, and the median income of preserved farms and the median
income of non-preserved farms in the State in calendar years 2022 and
2023.
