SENATE, No. 364
with committee amendments
STATE OF NEW JERSEY

The Senate Environment and Energy Committee reports favorably
and with committee amendments Senate Bill No. 364.
As amended, this bill revises the provisions of the “Electric
Discount and Energy Competition Act,” P.L.1999, c.23 (C.48:3-51 et
al.) to include fusion within the definition of Class I renewable energy.
This bill was pre-filed for introduction in the 2024-2025 session
pending technical review. As reported, the bill includes the changes
required by technical review, which has been performed.
COMMITTEE AMENDMENTS :
The committee amendments to the bill make a technical change to
the bill to reflect the correct current form of law.
