Establishes School Plastics Upcycling Grant Program in DEP to provide proportional awards to eligible schools based on pro rata share of plastics collected, by each school, for upcycling purposes.
Clarifies that violation of "New Jersey Insurance Fraud Prevention Act" results in loss of motor vehicle liability insurance coverage in certain circumstances; provides coverage for innocent persons in certain situations involving insurance fraud.
Provides for licensure of emergency medical responders and emergency medical technicians and certification of mobility assistance vehicle operators; revises requirements for delivery of emergency medical and patient transportation services.
Provides corporation business tax credits and gross income tax credits to small business employers and farm employers for increases in certain mandatory employer contributions.
