AN ACT making a supplemental appropriation to the Office of the
State Treasurer for an unanticipated shortfall related to
travel expenses; and providing other matters properly
relating thereto.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN
SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the State General 1
Fund to the Office of the State Treasurer the sum of $65,082 for an 2
unanticipated shortfall related to travel expenses. This appropriation 3
is supplemental to that made by section 6 of chapter 310, Statutes of 4
Nevada 2021, at page 1801. 5
Sec. 2. This act becomes effective upon passage and approval. 6
