Relates to monies received and expenditures made by a party committee or constituted committee; such monies shall not be transferred or contributed unless it is to the segregated account of another party committee or constituted committee to be used only for non-candidate expenditures.
Relates to the representation of newly formed political parties; relates to the placement of candidates of newly formed political parties on ballots, the representation of such parties within the state and the transmission of the official canvass of votes cast for presidential electors.
Makes the following participating agencies for purposes of agency assisted voter registration: public libraries, local housing authorities, and public high schools; directs the state board of elections to promulgate rules and regulations for implementation.
Allows a judicial district convention to be conducted in whole or in part via video conference upon a minimum of seventy-two hours notice to the members of the respective committee by mail, an appropriately titled email, text or telephone call at an address or number expressly provided in writing for the purpose of receiving such notices.
Enacts the young adult voter registration act; requires each public high school within the state to make voter registration forms available to all students.
Provides that voters with a disability that interferes with the effective reading, writing, or use of printed material who apply for an accessible absentee ballot and are otherwise eligible to receive an absentee ballot shall be sent an accessible absentee ballot by accessible electronic system; makes related provisions.
