Establishes a state frontotemporal degeneration registry; designates frontotemporal degeneration and related dementias as diseases required to be reported in the state; establishes a frontotemporal degeneration registry advisory committee to assist in the development and implementation of the registry; allows a patient to opt out of participation in the registry; requires annual reports to the legislature and governor on the incidents and prevalence of frontotemporal degeneration in the state by county; requires the department of health to create and maintain a webpage.

Creates a ten year live kidney donor follow-up study which includes a one thousand dollars per year stipend for participants; provides two thousand dollars for all kidney donors for health-related expenses.
Repeals managed long term care provisions for Medicaid recipients; establishes provisions for fully integrated plans for long term care including PACE and MAP plans.
Establishes the New York state adult cystic fibrosis program which consists of administrative support services for the provision of financial assistance for services such as prescription drug costs, device costs, medical care services, behavioral health services, and insurance premiums for the treatment of cystic fibrosis disease and its conditions.
Allows certain non-public schools to be exempt from being required to provide menstrual products in the restrooms of school buildings, upon a demonstration to the commissioner of education that the school does not serve students who need such products, and that such products are otherwise available to students who might need them.
Relates to a four-year demonstration project to reduce the use of temporary staffing agencies in residential healthcare facilities; removes provisions regarding a joint labor-management nursing home staffing workgroup to review and assess the impact of such demonstration project.
