Establishes a cause of action for fertility fraud; allows patients who have undergone assisted reproduction procedures to bring a cause of action if human reproductive material other than that which was consented to by the patient is used in such procedure; allows for compensatory and punitive damages.
Requires persons against whom an order of protection is issued to wear an electronic monitoring device; prohibits the tampering with such a device and violation of such prohibition constitutes a class E felony.
Includes falsely reporting incidents in an attempt to bring about the dispatch of a large number of police officers to a particular address or location as a felony offense under the crime of falsely reporting an incident in the second degree.
Adds when a person commits the offense of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and is operating a motor vehicle while such person has in effect five or more suspensions or revocations, imposed on at least five separate dates, to the crime of first degree aggravated unlicensed operation (AUO) of a motor vehicle.
