Relates to the publication of immunization information; requires schools to provide immunization information to the commissioner of health; requires the department of health to make immunization information, including rates of immunization, available on its website.

Requires children's non-regulated camps to ascertain whether an employee or volunteer is listed on the sex offender registry using the United States department of justice national sex offender public website.
Provides public health insurance coverage for children who are eligible for such coverage under the age of six to continue until they reach the age of six.
Expands eligibility for appointment to county boards of health and health services advisory boards to include nurse practitioners and physician assistants, and expands to residents in the county or residents of a contiguous county who perform substantial work in the county.
