Relates to requiring the power authority of the state of New York to post on its website and develop a corresponding mobile application with information on electric vehicle charging stations; requires the website and mobile application include a map with the addresses of each electric vehicle charging station in the state, whether the charging station is located in a parking lot, parking garage or on a street, whether there are fees required to use a charging station, and whether a charging station is out of service or otherwise unavailable.
Establishes a pilot program relating to creating the solar panels to the state universities of New York and boards of cooperative educational services located on Long Island in order that such universities and BOCES may conduct a training program for persons interested in learning solar panel installation and operation and then to install such solar panels upon school districts in Long Island.
Requires a study on the national electric safety code line height standard for overhead utility lines and communication lines as such relate to the height of agricultural equipment and other heavy duty equipment.

Provides an exemption for the purposes of allowing the installation and use of fossil-fuel equipment and building systems where such are installed and used in a building or part of a building that is owned or occupied by a person who holds genuine and sincere religious beliefs and whose health and safety will be jeopardized due to the prohibition of the installation of fossil-fuel equipment and building systems because of such genuine and sincere religious beliefs.
Relates to establishing a one hundred percent clean renewable energy system for electricity by two thousand thirty-four; such energy system shall include solar, wind, geothermal and tidal sources.
