Relates to application of the state uniform fire prevention and building code and relevant local building and fire regulations; directs OGS to implement a phase-in of compliance.

Relates to standards for the erection of tents or membrane structures; requires standards permitting restaurants and establishments licensed to sell alcoholic beverages at retail for consumption on the premises to erect such structures for more than 180 days provided the local municipality permits such use.
Requires local boards and the division of housing and community renewal to submit certain residential housing and zoning information to the department of state annually; requires such information to be published by the department of state on its website.
Requires annual reports of legal settlement payments related to law enforcement activity; provides such report shall include, but not be limited to, monetary amounts, plaintiffs and named parties, and shall be published on the website of the comptroller.
Directs that when soliciting a contract for the purchase of rock salt or sodium chloride, any department or agency of the state, any department or agency of a political subdivision, any public authority, or the commissioner of transportation, may award such contract to the responsible and reliable bidder offering to supply rock salt or sodium chloride that is mined or hand harvested in the United States, and which offer is within ten percent of the lowest price or best value offer, rather than to the lowest responsible and reliable bidder.
Authorizes the use of an electronic signature by a person granted a power of attorney by a taxpayer with respect to documents submitted to the New York state department of taxation and finance and the New York city department of finance.
Requires the collection of certain demographic information about the sexual orientation and gender identity or expression of residents by certain state agencies, boards and commissions.
Prohibits a person currently employed by the governor in the executive chamber or employed as a lobbyist from being appointed to a position that requires approval of the senate.
Provides that a proceeding challenging apportionment by the legislature shall be brought in certain designated courts in a judicial department within which at least one petitioner resides.
Relates to domestic violence training for health and mental health professionals; requires such trainings to be updated annually by the office for the prevention of domestic violence; requires the office to collect data on participation of such trainings by health professionals.
Prohibits a person convicted of rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof under 18 U.S.C. Section 2383 from holding civil office in the state.
