Directs the state department of social services to establish and maintain a community doula directory for doulas for the purposes of Medicaid reimbursement and promoting doula services to Medicaid recipients.

Requires hospitals to ask patients if they have a disability that requires accommodation under The Americans with Disabilities Act on patient intake forms and what reasonable accommodations are required.
Relates to the controlling disposition of a decedent's remains; adds domestic partners and removes grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces or nephews from having such controlling interest.
Requires notice and additional review for managed care providers of the methodologies and fee schedules and other materials used for determining medicaid reimbursement rates.
Requires the commissioner of health to establish rules and regulations requiring that all health information systems or electronic health record systems segregate certain patient information related to reproductive health services, gender-affirming care, sexually transmitted diseases, mental health services, alcohol or substance abuse treatment and other information from the rest of such patient's medical record.
Requires maternal health care providers facilitate a screening for maternal depression within the first six weeks of birth and that such screening be covered by insurance.
Provides a waiver for the nursing home ninety percent occupancy calculation for periods where there is a state disaster emergency affecting occupancy, and for two thousand twenty and two thousand twenty-one specifically.
Includes implants, replacement dental prosthetic appliances, crowns and root canals as medically necessary dental care and services for coverage under the Medicaid program if a qualified dentist authorizes the procedures.
