Requires the state fire administrator to make available a specialized electric vehicle emergency response training program to provide training to individuals responsible for providing emergency response and recovery following incidents involving electric vehicles; defines emergency medical services agency.
Requires all state agencies to require all contractors that provide services for state purposes pursuant to a contract, submit an annual employment report with the job titles and number of employees necessary to perform such contract; further provides that such information be submitted electronically in order for such information to be searchable and transferable to a spreadsheet or database.
Provides additional benefits for certain county correction officers in Suffolk county; provides benefits to retirement system members with credited service of thirty years.
Authorizes the village of Dobbs Ferry to offer an optional twenty-year retirement plan to Gabriel Bonilla, former police officer employed by such village.
Requires the office of temporary and disability assistance, in conjunction with the office of mental health and the office of children and family services, to develop a mental illness training course to be utilized by providers of temporary housing assistance to focus on recognizing signs and symptoms of mental illness.
Relates to a child care leave credit for New York city uniformed correction officers who are members of the New York city uniformed correction/sanitation revised plan.
