Directs the director of the division of minority and women's business development to provide for the minority and women-owned business certification of business entities owned by Indian nations or tribes.
Provides a personal income tax credit in the amount of any fishing and/or hunting fees paid by members of the United States armed forces in active service.
Relates to the education and experience of members of the state board of parole; provides that members can have either a degree and at least five years of experience in several fields or at least ten years of experience in such fields.
