BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 5009.7 of Title 63, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: A. The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall contract with a single statewide nonprofit entity to broker nonemergency medical transportation for Medicaid or SoonerCare participants. Such entity shall be knowledgeable in public transit matters, shall be based in the State of Oklahoma and shall administer a statewide mobility management program in order to ensure the most efficient and cost - effective transportation options are utilized. B. In order for any public transit provider or transportation Req.
