AS INTRODUCED 
 
An Act relating to motor vehicles; requiring the 
Department of Public Safety to provid e internet 
services with adequate speeds to motor license 
agents; and providing an effective date . 
 
 
 
 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: 
SECTION 1.     NEW LAW     A new section of law to be codified 
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1140.2 of Title 47, unless there 
is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: 
The Department of Public Safety shall provide motor license 
agents with internet services that operate at adequate transmission 
speeds to allow the agents to efficiently transact business and 
transmit data to and from the agency . 
SECTION 2.  This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.
