BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 19 O.S. 2011, Section 377, is amended to read as follows: Section 377. The said IT staff and data processing technician shall receive as compensation a salary salaries to be fixed by the board of county commissioners for his their services, to be paid out of the genera l operating fund of the county. The compensations of the director and such personnel IT staff and data processing technician shall not be governed by the "Comprehensive Salary Code". The IT staff and data processing technician shall be covered by the county blanket bond. SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021 .
