AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to government entities; repealing 70
O.S. 2011, Section 4803, which relates to the
Oklahoma Center for Rural Developme nt; repealing 74
O.S. 2011, Section 8302, which relates to the Rural
Area Development Task Force ; repealing 74 O.S. 2011,
Section 425, as amended by Sect ion 1, Chapter 245,
O.S.L. 2013 (74 O.S. Supp. 2020, Section 425), which
relates to the Oklahoma Commis sion on Interstate
Cooperation; and providing an effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 70 O.S. 2011, Section 4803, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. REPEALER 74 O.S. 2011, Section 8302, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. REPEALER 74 O.S. 2011, Section 425, as
amended by Section 1, Chapter 245, O.S.L. 2013 (74 O.S. Supp. 2020,
Section 425), is hereby repealed.

SECTION 4. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.
