AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to state govern ment; repealing 74
O.S. 2011, Section 3200.2, as amended by Section
1005, Chapter 304, O.S.L. 2012 (74 O.S. Supp. 2020,
Section 3200.2), which relates to the Health Care
Workforce Resources Board; and providing an effective
date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 74 O.S. 2011, Sect ion 3200.2, as
amended by Section 1005, Chapter 304, O.S.L. 2012 (74 O.S. Supp.
2020, Section 3200.2), is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.
