BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3311.19 of Title 70, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: A. The Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training may offer training that instructs a p eace officer how to alert a school district or charter school when a student enrolled at the school district or charter school has been identified at the scene of a traumatic event or an event that involved a response from an emergency 9-1-1 service. B. As used in subsection A of this section, "student" means a minor child or a person who has reached eighteen (18) years of age and continues to be enrolled in school. SECTION 2.
