BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA : SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 157 of Title 4, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: Any state agency that owns, operates or leases land i n this state that is utilized for livestock grazing or the respective lessee shall be responsible for enclosing by fence or other suitable means any portion of such land where livestock is meant to be contained. The state agency may enter into a material and labor cost-sharing contract with adjacent landowners, provided that the landowner shall not otherwise be responsible for the cost of the fence or maintenance.
