AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to revenue and taxation; enacting the
Oklahoma Revenue and Taxation Codes Amendments Act of
2021; providing for noncodif ication; and providing an
effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be kno wn and may be cited as the "Oklahoma
Revenue and Taxation Codes Amendments Act of 2021 ".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.
