BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-502.5 of Title 63, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: A. Except as provided for in Sections 1210.191 through 1210.195 and Section 3244 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes, n o governmental entity shall mandate onto the general public any vaccination. For purposes of this section, "governmental entity" includes, but is not limited to, any elected or appointed state or local official, any pol itical subdivision, and any agency, board, commission, or council with rule -making authority. B. No governmental entity shall discriminate against or pursue civil or criminal penalties against any person of the general public who declines to be vaccinated or who declines to vaccinate his or her children.
