Murdock of the Senate
An Act relating to agriculture; repealing 2 O.S.
2011, Sections 11-20, 11-21, 11-22, 11-23, 11-24, 11-
25, 11-26 and 11-27, which relate to the Oklahoma
Fuel Alcohol Act; and providing an effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 2 O.S. 2011, Sections 11 -20, 11-21,
11-22, 11-23, 11-24, 11-25, 11-26 and 11-27, are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021 .
