AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to higher education; prohibiting
certain practices; providing for codificatio n; and
providing an effective date .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3150 of Title 70, unless there
is created a duplication in numbering, reads as fo llows:
It is prohibited for a university in Oklahoma to withhold the
ability of a student to graduate or enroll into programs in an
Oklahoma university due to a missing or withheld transcript from an
out-of-state university.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2022.
