AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to Medicaid; repealing 56 O.S. 2021,
Sections 4002.1, 4002.2, 4002.3, 4002.4, 4002.5,
4002.6, 4002.7, 4002.8, 4002.9, 4 002.10, 4002.11,
4002.12, 4002.13, and 4004, which relate to the
Ensuring Access to Medicaid Act; and providing an
effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 56 O.S. 2021, Sections 4002.1,
4002.2, 4002.3, 4002.4, 4002.5, 4002.6, 4002.7, 4002.8, 4002.9,
4002.10, 4002.11, 4002.12, 4002.13 , and 4004, are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2022.
