AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to professions and occupation s;
providing that a licensed real estate agent is not
bound to use any real estate association or agency
standardized residenti al sales contract; providing
for codification; and providing an effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Secti on 858-516 of Title 59, unless
there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
A licensed real estate agent in the State of Oklahoma is not
bound to the use of any real estate association or agency
standardized residential sales contract, so long as the contract in
use adheres to current laws and administra tive rules for the State
of Oklahoma.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2022.
