BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: 
SECTION 1.    NEW LAW     A new section of law not to be 
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows: 
There is hereby appropriated to the Department of Commerce fro m 
any monies not otherwise appropriated from the General Revenue Fund 
of the State Treasury for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, the 
sum of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000.00) to be 
utilized by the Department in partnership with a Feder al 
Communications Commission (FCC) licensee associated with an 
institution of the Oklahoma Stat e Regents for Higher Education, for 
the purpose of establishing distance learning class rooms to deliver 
multipronged educational resources, utilizing over -the-air 
television broadcasts, online streaming and website accessible

archives delivering college cr edit classes, career training, and at -
home learning resources, with the intent of growi ng a statewide 
network of public school delivery sites serving high school juniors 
and seniors. 
SECTION 2.  This act shall become effective July 1, 2022. 
SECTION 3.  It being immediately necessary for the preservation 
of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby 
declared to exist, by reason whereof th is act shall take effect and 
be in full force from and after its passage a nd approval.
