AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to environment and natural resources;
creating the Environment and Natural Resources Act of
2022; providing for noncodific ation; and providing an
effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be kno wn and may be cited as the "Environment and
Natural Resources Act of 2022 ".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 20 22.
