BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEO PLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: 
SECTION 1.     NEW LAW    A new section of law to be codified 
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.364 of Title 69, unless 
there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: 
The section of State Highway 56 beginning at the intersection of 
Dripping Springs Road e xtending easterly to the intersection o f 
Madison Avenue on the west side of the city of Okmulgee in Okmulgee 
County shall be designated as the "Senator Roger Ballenger Memorial 
Highway".  The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable 
permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway. 
SECTION 2.     NEW LAW     A new sectio n of law to be codified 
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.365 of Title 69, unless 
there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follo ws: 
The section of U.S. Highway 281 beginning at the intersection of 
N2400 Road extending appro ximately five (5) miles east then nort h to

the intersection of E270 R oad, south of Alva in Woods County shall 
be designated as the "Judge Dean Linder Memorial Hi ghway".  The 
Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent m arkers 
bearing that name to be pla ced on the highway. 
SECTION 3.     NEW LAW     A new section of law to be codified 
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.366 of Title 69, unless 
there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as fo llows: 
The section of U.S. Highway 64 beginning at the northern 
municipal limits of Cherokee extending north to t he intersection of 
State Highway 11 in Alfalfa County shall be designated as the "Loyd 
Stout Highway".  The Department of Transportation shall cause 
suitable permanent markers b earing that name to be pl aced on the 
highway. 
SECTION 4.     NEW LAW     A new section of law to be codified 
in the Oklahoma Statute s as Section 1698.367 of Title 69, unless 
there is created a duplication i n numbering, reads as follows: 
The bridge crossing over the Turner Turnpike located on State 
Highway 18 at the north edge of Chandler in Lincoln County shall be 
designated as the "SGT Ronald Crews Bridge". The Department of 
Transportation shall cause suit able permanent markers bearing tha t 
name to be placed on th e bridge. 
SECTION 5.     NEW LAW     A new section of law to be codified 
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.368 of Title 69, unless 
there is created a duplication in numbering , reads as follows:

The section of U.S. Highway 59 in Stil well beginning on the 
north side of the State Highway 1 00 intersection extending north to 
the intersection of State Highway 51 East in Adair County shall be 
designated as the "Vernus W. Bales Memorial Highway".  The 
Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers 
bearing that name to be pla ced on the highway. 
SECTION 6.     NEW LAW     A new section of law to be codified 
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.369 of Title 69, unless 
there is created a duplication in numb ering, reads as follows: 
The sections of U.S. Highways 60 Business and 60 extending 
between the Tonkawa and Ponca City Nati onal Guard armories in Kay 
County shall be designated as the "MAJ Kerry "W arDog 6" Trent and 
SSG Michael D. Ward Memorial Trail".  The Department of 
Transportation shall cause suitable pe rmanent markers bearing that 
name to be placed on the highways. 
SECTION 7.     NEW LAW     A new section of law to be codified 
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Sectio n 1698.370 of Title 69, unless 
there is created a duplication in numbering, rea ds as follows: 
The bridge crossing over Coal Creek on U.S. Highway 59 north of 
Panama in LeFlore County shall be designated as the "SGT Billy 
Rodgers Memorial Bridge ".  The Department of Transportation shall 
cause suitable perma nent markers bearing tha t name to be placed on 
the bridge.

SECTION 8.     NEW LAW    A new section of law to be co dified 
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Secti on 1698.371 of Title 69, unless 
there is created a duplicat ion in numbering, reads as follows: 
The section of State Highway 71 beginning at the intersection of 
State Highway 9 in Has kell County extending north six (6 ) miles to 
the intersection of S4306 Ro ad in McIntosh County shall be 
designated as the "Harold Hal tom Memorial Highway".  The Department 
of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing 
that name to be placed on the highway. 
SECTION 9.     NEW LAW     A new section of law to be codified 
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.372 of Title 69, unless 
there is created a dupl ication in numbering, reads as follow s: 
The bridge on U.S. Highway 17 7 crossing over the Salt Fork 
Arkansas River south of Ponca City at the Kay County-Noble County 
line shall be designated as the "Jerry Evans Memorial Bridge".  The 
Department of Transport ation shall cause suitable permanent markers 
bearing that name to be placed on the bridge. 
SECTION 10.     NEW LAW     A new section of law to be codified 
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.373 of Title 69, unless 
there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: 
The section of State Highway 18 beginning at the intersection of 
State Highway 33 in Cushing exte nding north two miles in Payne 
County shall be designated a s the "WWII Veteran Roy J. "Junior" 
Herring Memorial Highway".  The Department of Transportation shall

cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on 
the highway. 
SECTION 11.     NEW LAW     A new section of law to be codified 
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.374 of Title 69, unless 
there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as fo llows: 
The intersection of U.S. Highway 177 and State Highwa y 105 in 
Lincoln County shall be designated as the "Womack Four Co rners".  
The Department of Transportatio n shall cause suitabl e permanent 
markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway s. 
SECTION 12.     NEW LAW     A new section of law to be codifi ed 
in the Oklahoma Statu tes as Section 1698.375 of Title 69, unless 
there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: 
The section of State Highway 5 beginning at the in tersection of 
State Highway 54 extending east to the intersection of State Highway 
36 in Tillman County shall be designated as the "Edgar L. Hamm 
Memorial Highway".  The Department of Transportation shall cause 
suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the 
highway. 
SECTION 13.     NEW LAW     A new section of law to be codified 
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.376 of Title 69, unless 
there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: 
The section of State Highway 49 beginning at the Interstate 44 
interchange extending west to the intersection of State Highway 58 
near Medicine Park in Comanche County shall be designated as the

"Edward A. Hilliary, Jr. "Junior" Memorial Highway".  The Department 
of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing 
that name to be placed on the highway . 
SECTION 14.     NEW LAW     A new section of law to be codified 
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.377 of Title 69, unless 
there is created a d uplication in numbering, reads as follows: 
The section of State H ighway 76 beginning at the intersectio n of 
Getty Road extending north and east along State Highway 7 to the 
intersection of Delta Road in Carter County shall be designated as 
the "Okla. Horse Racing Hall of Fame Inductees Carl and Rozella 
Pevehouse Highway".  The Department of Transportation sha ll cause 
suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the 
highway. 
SECTION 15.     AMENDATORY     69 O.S. 2021, Section 1 692, is 
amended to read as follows: 
Section 1692. The portion of State Highway 49 between 
Interstate 44 and beginning at the intersection of State Hi ghway 58 
extending west to the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge shall be 
designated as the "Medicine Park Trail".  The Department of 
Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed 
upon the portion of highway bearing that designation. 
SECTION 16.     AMENDATORY     69 O.S. 2021, Section 1698.310, 
is amended to read as follows:

Section 1698.310 The bridge over the Cimarron River on U.S. 
Highway 15 287 approximately thirteen (13) miles north of Boise City 
shall be designated as the "Private Robert "Bob" Clark Memorial 
Bridge".  The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable 
permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the bridge. 
SECTION 17.    AMENDATORY    69 O.S. 2021, Section 1698.334, 
is amended to read as follows: 
Section 1698.334 Notwithstanding any other provision of law, 
the section of State Highway 28A in Rogers County beginning at the 
intersection of State H ighway 66 near the Town of Foyil, extending 
east to the intersection of State Highway 28, then continu ing east 
to the Interstate 44 in Rogers County interchange in Mayes County 
shall be designated as the "CSM Junior H. Honeycutt Memorial 
Highway".  The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable 
permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway. 
SECTION 18.     AMENDATORY     69 O.S. 2021, Section 1698.351, 
is amended to read as follows: 
Section 1698.351 Notwithstanding any other provision of law, 
the section of U.S. Highway 77 beginning at the intersection of 
Broadway Avenue in Ardmore extending north to the intersection of 
State Highway 142 in Carter County shall be designated as the "Mayor 
Martin Dyer Memorial Highway ".  The Department of Transportation 
shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name t o the be 
placed on the highway.

SECTION 19.     AMENDATORY     69 O.S. 2021, Section 1698.354, 
is amended to read as follows: 
Section 1698.354 The section of U.S. Highway 62 beginning at 
the intersection of N3990 Road ex tending east through the town of 
Morris to the intersection of N 4030 Road in Okmulgee County shall 
be designated as the "USS Arizona Survivor Lonnie D. Cook Memorial 
Highway".  The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable 
permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway. 
SECTION 20.  This act shall become effective November 1, 2022.
