HOUSE BILL 4228 By: Sneed
AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to insurance; establishing that new
measures enacted relating to benefit plans shall be
incorporated into benefit plans issued or renewed
after effective date; providing exception; providing
for codification; and providing an effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be c odified
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 124 of Title 36, unless there is
created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
Any measure enacted relating to a benefit plan shall be
incorporated into any benefit plan that is issued or renewed on or
after the effective date of this act unless specifically provi ded
for otherwise.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2022.
