An Act relating to insurance; establishing that new
measures enacted relating to benefit plans shall be
incorporated into benefit plans issued or renewed
after effective date; providing exception; providing
for codification; and providing an effective date.
SUBJECT: Insurance
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
in the Oklahoma Statutes a s Section 124 of Title 36, unless there is
created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
Any measure enacted relating to a benefit plan shall be
incorporated into any benefit pl an that is issued or renewed on or
after the effective date of the act unless specifically provi ded for
otherwise.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2022.
