creating the Revenue and Taxation Reform Act of 2021;
providing for noncodification; and providing an
effective date.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND THE SENATE OF THE
1ST SESSION OF THE 58TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This resolution shall be known and may be cited as the "Revenue
and Taxation Reform Act of 2021 ".
SECTION 2. This resolution shall become effective November 1,
2021.
