AS INTRODUCED 
 
An Act relating to public health; prohibiting 
vaccination mandate by specified entities; providing 
for codification; and declaring an eme rgency. 
 
 
 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: 
SECTION 1.     NEW LAW     A new section of law to be codified 
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-502.5 of Title 63, unless 
there is created a duplication in number ing, reads as follows: 
A state entity, political subdivision, private entity, hospital 
or agent thereof shall not require the receipt of a vaccine or 
vaccines used to prevent SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19 for any reason 
including but not limited to as a condition of employment, 
professional licensure, educational certification or degree, 
admittance to any place of business or entertainment or access to 
any mode of transporta tion. 
SECTION 2.  It being immediately necessary for the preservation 
of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby 
declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and 
be in full force from and after its pa ssage and approval.
