BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be co dified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 6-181.2 of Title 2, unless there is created a duplication in nu mbering, reads as follows: A. The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry shall review methods of remo te viewing or other digital insp ection technology for meat and poultry product inspections. B. C. Upon approval by the federal agency g overning meat and poultry inspection, the Department shall promulgate rules to implement the use of remote viewing or other digital inspection technology. D. The use of remote viewing or other digital inspection technology shall be restricted to inspections of meat and poultry products sold only in intrastate commerce, unless the federal agency governing meat and poultry inspection approves it for interstate commerce.
