BILL NO. 114 By: Simpson of the Senate
and
Hardin (Tommy) of the House
An Act relating to veterans; repealing 72 O.S. 2011,
Sections 206, 358 and 364, which relate to priority
of applications at the Oklahoma Veteran s Home, the
Creation of the Agent Orange Outreach Commission, and
the Creation of the Gulf War Syndrome Outreach
Commission; and providing an effec tive date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 72 O.S. 2011, Sections 206, 358 and
364, are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective Nov ember 1, 2021.
