SENATE BILL NO. 1285 By: Stanley of the Senate
and
Baker of the House
An Act relating to education; repealing 70 O.S. 2021,
Sections 1210.451, 1210.452, an d 1210.453, which
relate to the board of trustees for the Oklahoma
School for the Visual and Performing Arts , creation
of the Oklahoma School for the Visual and Performing
Arts Revolving Fund, and authority to adopt rules;
and providing an effective date .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 70 O.S. 2021, Sections 1210.451,
1210.452, and 1210.453 , are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective Novembe r 1, 2022.
